1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and the mobile applications published by Helback Corporation ("Helback"). By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. Individual apps may present additional terms specific to their features.
2. Use of our apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications on devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store you downloaded them from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse our applications, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
3. AI-generated content
Some of our apps generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided for convenience and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.
4. Client services
Development services purchased from Helback are governed by the written proposal and agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
5. Intellectual property
The Helback name, this website and our applications are the property of Helback Corporation. Content you create or upload within our apps remains yours.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Our website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helback Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or applications.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
