Need help with a Helback app? We're here for it — bug reports, how-to questions, feature requests, billing and account deletion.

Contact support

Reach us through our contact form with the app name, your device model and a short description of the issue. We respond within one business day (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time).

Report a bug

Include what you were doing when the problem occurred, and a screenshot if possible. Crash reports submitted through the App Store or Google Play also reach us automatically.

Account & data deletion

For apps with accounts, you can delete your account inside the app, or send us a request through our contact form with the subject "Delete my account". Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds are requested through Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's order history. If you get stuck, send us a message through our contact form and we'll point you in the right direction.
